A class with emphasis on uniting the breath and asanas (posture). Includes meditation.

Yoga is for EVERY body. Join us in this all-levels class as we explore common yoga postures and sequences using props, modifications and variations. Yoga is for every BODY.

Yin Yang Yoga
Two styles of yoga in one class - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences.

Core Focus
Building strength and stability through the mindful use of props, focused breath work and dynamic movement.

mindful Movement
Led by Physical Therapist Aaron Rathgeb of PainFree Pathways ,this class is a blend of Tai Chi, Qigong, breathwork and rehabilitative science.
